REFUND POLICY

We have a 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original conditions. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded.


Once we have received your returned items, please allow up to 1-2 working days for the refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed it will take up to 7 working days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.


MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please contact us via the contact us page with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already been shipped, please contact us via the contact us page.


MADE AN ERROR ON MY ORDER?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and send us the correct information. Notify us immediately via the contact us page. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
